The first Annual Human Values Fest took place on Saturday November 4th, 2017, at the Don Tew Performing Arts Center, in Leander. Hosted by the  Institute of Sathya Sai Education (ISSE) - USA, with support from local partner schools - Cedar Park Montessori and Sapientia Montessori - and other community supporters, the event drew hundreds of families from around Greater Austin to an afternoon full of joy and positivity.

Gourishankar Karmakar

Leading Tabla Maestro of the present generation. Established the School of Indian Percussion and Music in Austin, Texas. His playing styles reflect a

combination of several schools of tabla.

 

Jerry Fields

Performed on a variety of rhythmic instruments with orchestras, symphonies and bands. Currently performs with his own group Vecinos Del Mundo

Nicolle Figureoa

Studies Irish Music and Dance.

And Specializes in the art of the bodhran.

Abou Sylla

Master percussionist, musician, performer and teacher of West African music.And a traditional instrument builder.
